She was predeceased by: her parents, William Hetrick and Margaret Hetrick (Mattern); her husband Charles W. Clark; her grandson Jonathon Gold; and her brothers, Samuel, Paul and Jerry Hetrick.
She is survived by: her sons, Russell S. Clark of Lewistown and Richard Clark; her granddaughter Cheyenne Wagner; and her great grandchildren, Bradlee Ann, Regan, Ellie and Nathan.
