With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jon C. Zimmerman (Lewistown, Pennsylvania), who passed away on May 18, 2025 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Jon shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Jon farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
A memorial service was held on Thursday, May 22nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Heller-Hoenstine Funeral Home (200 N Main St, Lewistown, PA 17044). A funeral service was held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the First United Methodist Church (200 E 3rd St, Lewistown, PA 17044). A burial was held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 at the Hill Cemetery Church (199 Woodland Cir, Reedsville, PA 17084).
