She is survived by: her mother Florence Cogan of Lewistown; her husband Edward "Joe" Biddle of Mill Hall; her children, Amber Biddle of Castanea, Edward "Joey" Biddle, Jr. of Mill Hall and Amanda Biddle of Lewistown; and her nieces, Christina Spangler of Georgia and Serina Whitehouse of Arkansas.
Memorial contributions in Judy's name may be made to Clinton County SPCA through the funeral home.
