He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis A. Sonnenberg and Ann Sonnenberg (Mikus); his wife Jean D. Sonnenberg (Long); and his sister Arline Evans. He is survived by: his sons, Bryan Sonnenberg (Candy) of Orbisonia and Brett Sonnenberg (Robin Dixon) of Clearfield; his grandchildren, Jacob, Remington and Declan; and his siblings, Shirley Pascoe of Hanover Township and Joseph Sonnenberg (June) of Florida.
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 6th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the King-Barr Funeral Home (120 Logan St, Lewistown, PA 17044). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 7th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church (120 N Main St, Lewistown, PA 17044).
