He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Simonetti and Emanuella Simonetti (Villano); his stepmother Caterina Simonetti (Batista); his wife Marjorie Simonetti (Faust); and his sons, Paul Simonetti Jr. and Donald of Audubon.
He is survived by: his children, Mary Kay Harper, Georgette Burkey (Donald) of Lewistown, Robert A. Simonetti (Sue) of Bellefonte and Ronald Simonetti (Michelle) of Mount Joy; his grandchildren, Donald Harper (Angela), Kelly Harper (Valorie) of Pottstown, Brian Simonetti (Rita Yaniviak) of Harrisburg, Jennifer Shawver (Brian) of McClure, Ronald Osborne (Allyson) of Ohio, Steve Burkey (Candy) of Lewistown, Stephanie Burkey of Beaver Springs, Joshua Simonetti (Shevel) of Bellefonte, Jessica James (Tyler) of Bellefonte, Aaron Simonetti (Lauren) and Kelsey Arnold (Nathaniel) of Mount Joy; and his sisters, Annie Smith of Burnham, Ange Landsey, Catherine Royer (Ronald) of Burnham and Judy Peters (Bob) of Lewistown. He is also survived by 21 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandson.
