She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Hassinger and Mable Hassinger (Wagner); her former husband Paul H. Youtzy; her husband Frank B. Herbert; her brother Robert A. Hassinger; her children-in-law, Trudy Renninger and Roy Henry Jr.; her stepmother Mildred Hassinger (Smith); and her stepdaughter Pamela Herbert.
She is survived by: her children, Darlene K. Henry of Lewistown, Tom R. Youtzy (Nancy) of Lewistown, Deborah K. Winters (Clayton) of Strasburg, Terry R. Youtzy (Lisa) of Longfellow, Alan S. Youtzy of Longfellow and Patty J. Shifflett (Donnie) of Lewistown; her nephew Glenny Marks (Dee) of Lewistown; her stepdaughter Lucretia L. Hepburn; and her close friend Sharon Yetter. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Monday, August 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Heller-Hoenstine Funeral Homes (200 N Main St, Lewistown, PA 17044). A funeral service will be held on Monday, August 18th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, August 18th 2025 at the Pleasant View Cemetery.
