Phyllis Katherine Wilson Obituary

Phyllis K. Wilson, 75, of Lewistown, passed away Sunday, September 4, 2022, at Greenwood Village.

Born on March 9, 1947, in Lewistown, she was a daughter of the late William Knepp and Ellen C. (Rhea) Stimely.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Millard Knepp and Harry R. Stimely.

She is survived by; children, Albert L. Wilson, of Tyrone, David Wilson and companion, Christie Lenker, of McVeytown, and Rosemary Ann Wilson, of Clarksville, GA; seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and a brother, William A. Stimely, of Spring Mills.

Phyllis was a lifetime member of the Brooklyn Ladies Auxiliary.

She was a Chief Logan High School graduate, Class of 1966.

Phyllis enjoyed watching Christmas movies in July, and she loved playing bingo, watching western movies, Elvis, and professional wrestling, and traveling to Georgia. She especially loved spending time with her family and friends.

A viewing will be held from 6 to 8 p.m., Friday, September 9, 2022, at Heller-Hoenstine Funeral Homes, Woodlawn, 200 N. Main St., Lewistown.

A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, September 10, 2022, at the funeral home with Pastor Kirk Nagel officiating.

Interment will take place in Union Cemetery.
