He was predeceased by: his parents, John J. Goss and Vera E. Goss (Heckmen); his sons, Ralph Eugene Goss Jr. and Robin Richard Goss; and his significant other Beverly A. Goss.
He is survived by: his daughter-in-law Wendy Goss. He is also survived by four grandchildren; great-grandchildren.
