Packer (Sowers); his children, Jeremy Packer of New Cumberland and Lakeisha Packer of Mechanicsburg; his siblings, Peggy Stevens (John) of Batovia, N. Y., Carol Morgan (Terry) of Batovia, N. Y., Chester Packer Jr. (Carol Wright) of Lewistown and Earl Packer of Lewistown; and his siblings-in-law, Cathy Imler of Lewistown, Joyce Mullins (Dustin) and Richard Collins of Lewistown.
