He is survived by: his wife Marsha Ettinger (Casner); his children, Ronda Morrison (Mark), Andrew Ettinger (Hillary) and Eric Ettinger (Kathy); his grandchildren, Reagan Ettinger, Preston Ettinger (Mackenzie) and Olivia Morrison; his stepgrandchildren, Katie, Phillip Norris and Andrea Benny; and his stepchildren, Rhyne McCormick, Cory McCormick and Thomasa Meinnert.
