The passing of Florence (Fitch) DeCoursey of Liberty, Pennsylvania leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on October 15, 2025 at the age of 98. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert D. Fitch and Florence L. Fitch (Frost); her husband Richard "Dick" DeCoursey; and her siblings, Anna Moore, Marilyn Case, Robert Fitch Jr., Gladys Holmes, Nellie Harlan and Adelia Pepper.
She is survived by: her sons, Tracy DeCoursey of Williamsport and Lee DeCoursey (Karen) of Liberty; her grandchildren, Matthew DeCoursey (Amanda) of Liberty, Emmy DeCoursey (Francis) of Liberty and Chancey DeCoursey (Amber) of Wellsville, NY; her great grandchildren, Gigi, Mariah, Lena, Ruby, Lincoln and Ryan Eugene; and her pet Mousie. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins her caretakers (who adored her) and dear neighbors.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Pepper Funeral Home and Cremation (578 Springbrook Dr, Canton, PA 17724). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
