She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Frost and Madeline Frost (Bolt); her husband James Smith; and her brother Earl Frost. She is survived by: her sons, Kevin Starks (Katherine) of Mainesburg, PA, Mark Starks (Patty) and John Starks (Nicole) of Wellsboro, PA; and her siblings, David Frost (Judy) of Covington, PA, Duane Frost (Lena), Elaine Walker (LeRoy) of Wyalusing, PA and Jeanette Alexander (Gary) of New Albany, PA.. She is also survived by several grandchildren; many great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Buckheit Funeral Chapel and Crematory, Inc. (637 S Main St, Mansfield, PA 16933). A memorial service was held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
Contributions may be made to the Mansfield Borough Office 14 S Main St., Mansfield, PA 16933 for maintenance of the Mansfield Bike Trail Extension.
