She was predeceased by : her husband Earl L. Bliss, Jr. of Liberty, PA; her parents, Cora Margaret Blackwell (Rathbun) and Enoch Arden Blackwell of Elkland, PA; and her siblings, Dell and Caroline.
She is survived by : her children, Ian Bliss of Dallas, PA and Betsey (Randal Betz) of Bradenton, FL; and her grandchildren, Christine, Randy Jr., Aimee, Laurie and Hailey. She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren.
