With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Edward Conroy Jr. (Ligonier, Pennsylvania), who passed away on March 27, 2026 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Edward has departed this earthly realm, his legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May his spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
He was predeceased by: his wife Joanne Conroy (Johnson); his parents, Edward Conroy Sr. and Mary Conroy (Reitmeier); and his brother Joseph Conroy (late Helen (Wanless) Conroy). He is survived by: his sister Mary Ann Dech (late Michael Dech); and his children, Dennis, Mike, Steve, Brian and Cathy. He is also survived by spouses, 16 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
His contributions to Holy Trinity were numerous and heartfelt: from leadership in the Church Council to administering communion, assisting with weekly collections, reading Scripture, and assisting with fund raising events such as Fish Fry and Fort Ligonier Days dinners.
