Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Ellen leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh Robert and Sarah Speares; and her husband Harry L. Coddington. She is survived by: her children, Sheila Kenyon (David) of Ligonier, PA and David Coddington of Port St; and her brother Thomas Speares of Gulfport, MS. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the TBD Pioneer Presbyterian Church (240 W Main St, Ligonier, PA 15658).
