She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Keslar and Frances Farino Keslar; her daughter Barbara Ann Biss; and her siblings, Christine Keslar, Anthony, James, John and Richard Keslar.
She is survived by: her husband Earl W. Plummer Jr.; her daughters, Jessica Lynn Funk (Jeffrey) of Woodbridge, Virginia and Dana M. Plummer (Robert Buck) of Johnstown; her siblings, Barbara Knapfel (Delbert) of Latrobe and Joseph Keslar of Somerset; her sister-in-law Rosalie Keslar of Ligonier; and her grandchildren, Gavin Biss (Dominique), Cecil Funk (Sara), Chelsea Sager (Merle), Keith Schultz (Brittney) and Morgan Falk (Lester). She is also survived by four great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
