He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Thistlethwaite and Betty Thistlethwaite. He is survived by: his wife JoAnn; his sons, Patrick (Chris) and Chris; his daughters-in-law, Amy and Tara; his grandchildren, Chloe, Emily, Parker and Quinn; and his siblings, Rick (Annette), Doug and Carol.
