He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Lentz and Mary Ruth Lentz (Roby); his siblings, David Lentz, Daniel Lentz and Donna Lentz; and his son-in-law James Shaul.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his daughters, Krista Shaul (James) and Amy Semnisky (Mark); his grandchildren, Kayleigh Shaul, Abigael Semnisky (Zach Van Duyn) and Branden Semnisky; and his great grandchild Collin Van Duyn.
