He is survived by: his parents, John P. Sierocky and Judith E. Sierocky (Mlinar); his son Haden Sierocky; his sister Jennifer Sierocky-Mathis (Charles King); his nephews, Josh Mathis (Mikayla) and Tyler Mathis (Erin); and also Brylee.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Hoffman Funeral Home - Davidsville (109 Church Rd, Davidsville, PA 15928). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
