She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Jonathan (Pam), Emily Cook and Amanda K. Goodish (James); her grandchildren, Anja, Caleb, Joshua Cook, Maggie and Matthew Goodish; her sister Mary Jane; her siblings-in-law, Walter Clinton of Houston and Carolyn Hartley (Brice); and her parents, George W. Schussler and Gladys Schussler.
