He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Rummel and Mildred Weaver Rummel; and his sister Wanda Rummel. He is survived by: his wife Darlene Cerutti Rummel; his sons, Michael D. Rummel of Johnstown and Matthew L. Rummel of Hawaii; and his siblings, Richard Rummel (Patti) of Windber, Larry Rummel (Terri) of Windber, Connie Wyandt (late Ray) of Johnstown and Judy Weaver (Mark) of Windber. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Valley Youth Network P.O. Box 303, Ligonier, PA 15658 also known as "The Barn", an organization that reaches out to area high school students with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
