Watkins (Hogancamp); his sons, Gary Watkins (Kathy) and William Whiteside (Stephanie); and his siblings, Erma Lyon (John), Lester Watkins (Freida), Earl Watkins (Lois), Harry Watkins (Jane) and Jay Watkins. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
