As we bid Matt farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Matt is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James I. Hindman and Eleanor G. Hindman (Hays); his daughter Courtney Hindman; and his granddaughter Judith K. Kradle. He is survived by: his wife Judith C. Hindman (Wiley); his daughter Ashley Hindman of Ligonier; his sister Linda McLeod of Pittsburgh; his sister-in-law Susan Wiley of Johnstown; and his friend Anthony.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Hindman Funeral Home (1521 Frankstown Rd, Johnstown, PA 15902). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, May 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, May 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Grandview Cemetery (801 Millcreek Rd, Johnstown, PA 15905).
