He is survived by: his wife Denise Rhoads; his daughters, Rachel Rhoads and Lindsey Miller; his father Lloyd Rhoads; his stepmother Mae Rhoads; and his siblings, Randall Rhoads, Larry Hoffman and Tracey Rhoads. He is also survived by husbands, and five grandchildren.
