He was predeceased by : his father Logan Decker, Jr.; and his wife Evelyn Decker (Nichols). He is survived by : his mother Florence Decker (Henderson); his children, Terry Lee Decker, Jr. (Michelle), Steven Decker (Renee), Heidi Decker, Kristin Jackson (Bradey) and Cherilyn Garry (Christopher); his grandchildren, Joshua, Justin, Shelby, Zachary, Isabelle Decker, Johnnie Mae, Heavan (Dylan), Halena, Jaylynn, Eve Hester, Oasis Garry, Phoebe, Pyper and Braven Jackson; his great grandchild Royce Adams; and his sisters, Janice Decker and Lugene Horner (David). He is also survived by his grandchildren, and great-nieces, and great-nephews.
