He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Milton and Caroline Behe (Leja); his sisters, Barbara Ruffley (Robert) and Sally Wilcox Santon; his sister-in-law Linda Behe (Glenn); and his aunt Jean. He was also cherished by nephew, and several nieces, cousins, and friends.
