He is survived by: his wife Kathleen "Kathy" Bost (Schall); his daughters, Jackie Kyle (Cam) and Abbey Bost (Michael Conrad); his grandchildren, Maddie, Noah and Hallie Kyle; his sister Sharon Poje; his mother-in-law Grace Schall; and his siblings-in-law, Colleen Bukowski (Steve), Janice Silverstein and Ken Schall (Carol). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Jack's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or to the family.
