She is survived by: her parents, Allan Loomis and Portia Newton Loomis; her husband Douglas Terrell; her daughter Lillian Terrell of Lincoln University, PA; her siblings, Christopher Loomis (Penny) of Jessup, MD, Joseph Loomis (Liz) of North East, MD and Stephanie Laitila (Regan) of Seminole, FL; and her nieces, Charlotte Laitila and Lexie Malenfant.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Newark United Methodist Church (69 E Main St, Newark, DE 19711). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
