He was predeceased by: his parents, George Sr. Ortega and Opal Ortega; and his sister Carol Bove. He is survived by: his wife Roseanne Ortega; his children, Stephen Ortega (Missy) of Avondale and Brittany Ortega Weiss (Colin) of Collegeville, Pennsylvania; his grandchildren, Colby, Ethan, Riley Ortega, Rhett and Roland Weiss; and his siblings, George Ortega of Oxford, Ruben Ortega of Oxford, Gary Ortega of Oxford and Charline Ortega of Ocean View, Delaware. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
