It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jacqueline Bryant Caleb of Lincoln University, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 1, 2025, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Osten Durant Bryant and Letha Mae Keaton Bryant; her husband Solomon James Caleb; her daughter Leidda Jacqueline Caleb; and her siblings, Walter Bryant and Deborah Bryant.

She is survived by: her sister Ella Forbes; her nieces and nephews, Leno Forbes, Akili Bryant, Michelle Darden, Felicia Topsale and Jasmin Bryant; and her great-niece Jasmine Chesbro.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the Lincoln University -College Dems or Oxford Presbyterian Church Jackie's favorite color was purple, so attendees are invited to wear purple instead of traditional black.

Her heart was filled with so much love for her family, her friends, her neighbors, and all the "kids" who came into her life through Leidda; Leidda's friends and Lincoln University. She was a mentor; care giver; supporter and a leader. She gave her time to many organizations during her lifetime, including, but not limited to the Presbyterian Women, the Democratic Party and the Compassionate Friends. We will miss Jackie's enthusiasm for life”
