She was predeceased by : her parents, Daniel Gribbon and Margaret Gribbon (Heuber). She is survived by : her husband Christopher Palkon, Sr.; her children, Kaitlyn Hoffman (Todd), Carley Anne Palkon and Christopher Palkon, Jr.; her siblings, Mary Anne Beckman (Walter), Kevin Gribbon (Anna), Patricia Mumich (Andrew) and Sharon Shirey (Jerry); her grandson John Hoffman; and her brother Daniel Gribbon, Jr. (Dayna). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 29th 2024 from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. Elizabeth Roman Catholic Church (809 S Broom St, Wilmington, DE 19805). A Mass was held on Monday, April 29th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
