He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Cecil and Wanda Lorraine Rosser (Ostrander); his brother William "Bill" Rosser; and his great grandchild Jamar Pelham, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane Rosser (Krebs); his daughters, Jamie Tacka, Helen Holcomb (Stephen), Michele Schultz (John) and Racquel Whipple (Wayne); his grandchildren, Dana (Jeremy), Randi (Jamar), Robbie, Jessica (Josh), Stephen (Katie), Austin (Jodi), Luke (Maria), Christopher (Amanda), Kevin (Phylicia), Ian (Mackenzie), Joanna (Scott), Michele, Olivia (Jonathan) and Noah; Kevin Washington, Christine and Scott Persun.
