Ulmer (Quigel); his children, Lynette M. Aunkst (Carl) of Williamsport, Philip L. Ulmer, Jr. (Tracy) of Linden, Crystal R. Hartsock (John) of Linden and Curtis W. Ulmer (Lindsey) of Loyalsock; his grandchildren, Zach Ulmer (Sarah), Justin Ulmer (Moriah), Jessica Steinbacher (Zach), Cody Ulmer (Kierra), Jordan Aunkst, Noah Ulmer (Hannah), Kerrigan Hartsock, Tyler Hartsock, Clark Ulmer and Cambry Ulmer; and his siblings, Seth Ulmer (Arlene) and Debra Bixler. He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
