He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Shley and Margaret E. Shley (Skavang); his sister Sherry Kaufman; his son Jason Dwayne Shiley; his brothers-in-law, Kenneth Kaufman and Roy Doell; and his close friend Kelly Cantrell.
He is survived by: his wife Holly Miller; his children, Barry Kemp (Susie), Monica Shiley, Jeffrey Kemp (Ashley), Zachery Miller, Corrina and New Florence; his grandchildren, Daniel, Cody, Tyler, Kyla, Michael, Quinn, Sawyer and William; his brother Clifford Shiley (Lu Ann); and his close friend Ken Brown.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Richard C. Stuart Funeral Home (392 E Philadelphia St, Armagh, PA 15920). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Richard C Stuart Funeral Home (392 E Philadelphia St, Armagh, PA 15920). A burial will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 at 10:45 AM at the Armagh Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers donation to the funeral home to assist family with final expenses.
