He was predeceased by: his parents, Carlyle Loucks (Bud) and Dorothy Loucks (Graff); and his siblings, Lyle Loucks and Peggy Long. He is survived by: his children, Robert (Sara) and Dorothy Perry (Steven); his grandchildren, Kerry, Joselyn, Savannah and Ethan; his siblings, Diane Heathcote (Dale), Eileen Alward (Roy), Leonard Loucks (Lisa), Hugh Loucks (Brenda) and Richard Loucks (Ann); his siblings-in-law, Kathy Loucks and David Long; and his aunt Ruth Waring. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
