He was predeceased by: his parents, John Farley and Bonnie Farley (Hovis); his nephew Jason Farley; and his siblings-in-law, Raymond Browning and Sandy Riley.
He is survived by: his wife Debra L. Farley; his children, Sara Spadafora (Tom), Jenna Kohler (Joel) and Douglas Farley (Ashley); his grandchildren, Lucille Kohler, Jackson Kohler, Jase Spadafora, Evelyn Spadafora, Crue Farley and Presley Farley; and his sisters, Carol Browning, Sandy Wilson (Chris) and Kathy Wetherell (Rusty). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Royal-Coleman Funeral Home (6028 US-6, Linesville, PA 16424). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
