She is survived by: her mother Josephine M. Kurek; her nephew Dennis J. Kurek, Jr. (Sara); her godmother Dorothy Stetyick; her friend Jane S. Bush; her cousins, Pam Marchlik and Mary Ann Smith; her sister Mary; her friends, Darlene Korab and Rene Ottaviani; Donald Smith. She is also survived by 7 nieces and nephews.
