He was predeceased by: his parents, Russel D. Cunningham and Clara Reiff Cunningham; his wife Ruth Musselman Cunningham; his son David Ray Cunningham; and his siblings, Wava Hess and Russel D. Cunningham.
He is survived by: his children, Joan Kabakjian of Elizabethtown and Mark A. (Mari Hershey Cunningham) of Lancaster; his son-in-law Kenneth Kabakjian of Harleysville; and his sister-in-law Lucy of Perrot. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; three great grandchildren.
