She was predeceased by : her parents, Leo Graff Sr. and Anna Urban Graff; her husband Francis P. Tarbart; and her children, Carrie Tarbart and David Tarbart.

She is survived by : her son Jason Tarbart; her siblings-in-law, Irv Tarbart (Cathy) and Becky Wingerd; her grandsons, Michael, Aaron and Cole; and her pet Ziva.
