With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Carolyn M. Adams of Lititz, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 5, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Loretta Messey (Zahm) and Stanley Messey. She is survived by: her husband Jim; her sons, Jim Adams (Marsha) of Lititz, Neil Adams (Amy Mentzer) of Lititz and Bruce Adams (Lugene) of Brunnerville; her grandchildren, Dereke, Brynn, Dylan, Cole, Blake and Nicole; and her great grandchildren, Ty, Hailee, Nora, Wyatt, Delaney and Michael.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
