She was predeceased by: her mother Dolores M. Hurst (Rutt); and her grandparents, Paul, Emma Rutt, Amos and Martha Hurst.
She is survived by: her father Kenneth S. Hurst; and her sisters, Katrina (Carl Hurst) of Robesonia, PA, Kirsten (Michael Wise) of Loysville, PA and Colleen (John Hoover) of Morgantown, PA. She is also survived by 22 nieces and nephews.
