He was predeceased by: his parents, Rufus Weaver and Ella Mae Weaver (Good); his former wife Rose Weaver (Torkelson); and his siblings, Richard, James, Susie Mae Weaver and Ruth Ann Groff.
He is survived by: his wife Debra Weaver (Weaver); his daughters, Rosalie of Free Union, VA, Amy and Lisa; his stepsons, Jason Torkelson (Jennier) and David Torkelson (Kathryn); his siblings, David G. Weaver (Edith) of Womelsdorf, Mildred, Miriam of Ephrata and Martha (Melvin Nolt) of East Earl; and his sister-in-law Edith Weaver (Eberly) of Myerstown. He is also survived by 11 step grandchildren.
