He was predeceased by: his wife Ruth Toth (Heebner); his parents, Ference J. Toth and Maria Toth (Balough); his sister Maria; and his sister-in-law Naomi Wrede.
He is survived by: his brother Emery Toth (Suzanne) of Delmar, MD.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
