He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his daughters, Ann and Lisa; his son-in-law David; his grandchildren, Aurora, Erin and Andrew; his son Duncan (Sylvaine); his grandchildren, Benjamin and Thomas; his daughter Louise; and his grandchildren, Tess and Jemma. He is also survived by his family, friends.
