He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Eberly and Martha Eberly (Stauffer); his brother Ricky Eberly; and his son-in-law Jay Weiler. He is survived by: his wife Frances Eberly (Cease); his children, Christina (Nathaniel Nolt), Shannon (Rebecca Eberly) and Janelle (Russell Zimmerman) of Minerva, OH; his siblings, Roy (Sandra), Darla, Lori and Krista; and his siblings-in-law, Alma and Michael.
