He was predeceased by: his parents, Ira Buckwalter and Pauline Rohrer Buckwalter; his siblings, Ira Lee and Elaine Stoner (Gerald); and his foster brother Jacob Ober (Miriam).
He is survived by: his wife Miriam Weaver Buckwalter; his sons, Richard (Ann Rutt), Timothy (Andrea Brown) and Robert (Tracey Gilbert); his grandchildren, Zoe Buckwalter and Torian Buckwalter; and his siblings, Henry (Millie) and Marian.
