For Katie is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Binh Phung and Thi Ha; her husband Dennis Hong; her children, Helen Lam (Long Lam), Jimmy Hong, Andy Hong (Thanh Ly) and Michelle Hong (Eric Sison); and her grandchildren, Amanda Lam (Ed Sysomboun), Tiffany Lam, Alexis Hong and Kaelan Sison.
