He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Mills and Janet Mills (Burdge); and his brother Lyle Mills. He is survived by: his nieces, Andrea Payne (Shawn) and Ashley Grieve (Nicholas); and his cousins, Nancy Collins, Mark Ellinger and Jenny Burdge.
