She was predeceased by: her mother Helen Thomas (Townsend); and her stepfather L. James Thomas, Sr.. She is survived by: her father Clinton Young, Sr. of Intercourse; her husband Dean S. Carson; her daughter Amanda Carson; her grandson Easton Trollinger of Lititz; her siblings, Teresa (Don Watson) of Paradise, Clinton Young, Jr. (late Diane) of Christiana and L. James Thomas (Jessica) of Wrightsville; and her stepmother Viola Young of Gap. She is also survived by several loving nieces and nephews.
