She was predeceased by: her husband John K. Eberly; and her parents, Thomas Kurtz and Evelyn Hammer Kurtz. She is survived by: her children, Kim (Mike Gross) of Lititz, Tim (Cathy Eberly) of Lititz and Tom Eberly (Beth) of Manheim; and her siblings, William Kurtz, Nancy Kurtz and Josephine McAllister. She is also survived by her 7 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
